Dispatch Timelines

At ekamāthra, we take pride in delivering your orders with care and precision. Our dispatch timelines for domestic orders, are designed to ensure that your products reach you in a timely manner, tailored to the type of order:

  • RETAIL Orders: Dispatched within 7 business days from the order date.
  • SALE Orders: Dispatched within 3 business days from the order date.

For all international orders, please allow 14 business days for dispatch of RETAIL and SALE orders. This ensures that each piece is carefully prepared and shipped with the highest attention to detail.

Please note that while we strive to adhere to these timelines, ekamāthra is not responsible for any delays or unforeseen events caused by the shipping company or customs processes.

Exchange on Returns

Returns (Damaged/Incorrect Items Only):
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ekamathra.co or WhatsApp +91 90080 57979 with your order number, along with images or videos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement and handle the reverse pickup. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 5 days of our confirmation. We do not accept returns for international orders.

Exchanges (Sizing Issues):
For sizing concerns, contact us within 48 hours. If the desired size or style is unavailable, we will provide store credit valid for six months. Exchanges must be chosen from available products, as limited edition prints and styles are not restocked. All exchanges are final. You are responsible for return shipping costs and must return items within 5 days of our confirmation. Unapproved or late returns will be sent back without exchange or credit.  We do not accept exchanges for international orders.

Item Condition Requirements
All returned or exchanged items must be unused, with original tags, packaging, and all associated materials intact. Items showing wear, damage, soiling, washing, or alterations—or those returned beyond the specified timeframes—will be sent back without exchange, credit, or refund. Only one exchange or return is permitted per order, and you must obtain our approval before sending items back.

Credit over Refund

We issue refunds only when the issue originates on our end, such as receiving a damaged product. In such cases, please provide proof of the damage, and upon approval, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

For all other situations, we offer store credit instead of refunds. This credit is valid for six months from the date of issue. We encourage you to use it before it expires, and if you need assistance or have any questions, our support team is available to help.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Dispatch & Delivery
At ekamāthra, we aim to produce and dispatch all international orders within 14 business days from the order date and once payment is confirmed. Delivery generally takes 14–21 business days, depending on the courier and destination. Please note that ekamāthra is not liable for delays or unexpected circumstances arising from the shipping provider.

Shipping Costs & Duties
All shipping costs are charged at checkout and are non-refundable. Most shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices do not include taxes or duties. As the recipient, you are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. These charges must be settled to ensure your order clears customs. We regret that we cannot estimate these costs in advance.

No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on international orders. All international sales are final.
