At ekamāthra, we aim to produce and dispatch all international orders within 14 business days from the order date and once payment is confirmed. Delivery generally takes 14–21 business days, depending on the courier and destination. Please note that ekamāthra is not liable for delays or unexpected circumstances arising from the shipping provider.

Shipping Costs & Duties

All shipping costs are charged at checkout and are non-refundable. Most shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices do not include taxes or duties. As the recipient, you are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. These charges must be settled to ensure your order clears customs. We regret that we cannot estimate these costs in advance.

No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on international orders. All international sales are final.
