After confirming item availability and approving payment, we generally produce and dispatch your order within 7 business days. Once it ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you have ordered multiple items, we will try to send them together to reduce environmental impact.
Delivery times vary between 3–14 business days, depending on the courier and destination. Please be aware that during peak periods, product availability may change while we process your order, and ekamāthra cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by shipping providers or customs.
Taxes and Payments
For domestic orders, product prices include all required taxes as per local law. For international orders, taxes, if applicable, are calculated based on the delivery address and added at checkout. Please note that the displayed tax amount is an estimate and may vary slightly.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and UPI methods (Google Pay, PhonePe, PayTM, etc.). Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Updating Orders
Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or updated once they are processed. If you wish to add another item, please place a new order.
Order Cancellations
If we send you a cancellation notice, please reach out to us on WhatsApp at +91 90080 57979. During high-volume times, we may cancel orders, and all charges will be automatically refunded.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase via email at support@ekamathra.co or WhatsApp at +91 90080 57979. We cannot accept cancellations after this period.
Changing Shipping Address
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once orders are processed.
Exchange on Returns
Returns (Damaged/Incorrect Items Only):
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ekamathra.co or WhatsApp +91 90080 57979 with your order number, along with images or videos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement and handle the reverse pickup. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 5 days of our confirmation. We do not accept returns for international orders.
Exchanges (Sizing Issues):
For sizing concerns, contact us within 48 hours. If the desired size or style is unavailable, we will provide store credit valid for six months. Exchanges must be chosen from available products, as limited edition prints and styles are not restocked. All exchanges are final. You are responsible for return shipping costs and must return items within 5 days of our confirmation. Unapproved or late returns will be sent back without exchange or credit. We do not accept exchanges for international orders.
Item Condition Requirements
All returned or exchanged items must be unused, with original tags, packaging, and all associated materials intact. Items showing wear, damage, soiling, washing, or alterations—or those returned beyond the specified timeframes—will be sent back without exchange, credit, or refund. Only one exchange or return is permitted per order, and you must obtain our approval before sending items back.
Sale and Discounted Items
All discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Sale prices and discounts apply only during the sale period and are not valid before or after the event. Purchases made using credit notes are also considered discounted items and are not eligible for exchange or return.
Custom Orders
We do not accommodate returns or exchanges for custom orders.
Quality Check Commitment
While each item undergoes rigorous inspection, should an oversight occur resulting in receipt of an incorrect item or identification of a manufacturing flaw, promptly notify us within 2 days (48hrs) of receipt with photographic or video evidence. We'll rectify the issue and cover the return shipping costs.
Store Credit
For verified returns, we issue store credit valid for six months. Please use it before it expires. Should you require assistance or have inquiries, our support team is readily available to assist you.
Third-Party Sales
Please note that the scenarios of returns and exchanges are limited to direct sales by us to you and do not apply to third-party sales governed by their terms.
