Once your order and payment are confirmed, we generally produce and dispatch within 7 business days. When shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. If you’ve ordered multiple items, we try to consolidate shipments to reduce environmental impact.
Delivery timelines vary between 5–10 business days, depending on the courier and destination. During high-volume periods, product availability and delivery times may vary. ekamāthra cannot be held responsible for courier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

All domestic prices include applicable taxes as per Indian law. We accept payments via Netbanking, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, PayTM). Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is unavailable.
Order Updates & Cancellations

In rare instances where an order must be cancelled by us (due to stock unavailability or a technical error), all charges will be automatically refunded, and you’ll be notified promptly.

Exchanges (ONLY Sizing Issues):
Each piece is crafted to our unique size specifications, which may differ from standard retail measurements. We encourage you to refer to our Size Guide before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
If you still experience a sizing concern, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, sharing your order number. We offer an exchange for a different size in the same style ONLY. Should the required size be unavailable, a store credit valid for six months will be issued. We DO NOT accept exchange on Custom Orders. Please note, all exchanges are final.
Returns (ONLY Damaged/Incorrect Items):
We accept returns only in cases of damaged or incorrect items. If you receive one, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, sharing your order number and images or videos of the issue. Our team will review your request and, upon approval, arrange a reverse pickup. Once the item is received, it will undergo a quality check (QC). If the product meets our return standards, a replacement will be processed. We DO NOT accept return on Custom Orders.
Please note, we reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if, upon inspection, the item is found to be used, altered, or damaged by the customer, or if any discrepancies are observed during QC.
Requests made beyond the 48-hour window will not be eligible, as the package would be outside our supervision and handling conditions.
Credit Over Refunds:
Every piece is created with care, and we hope you love what you receive.
However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. While we do not process refunds, we offer store credit that remains valid for six months from the date of issue. You can use it toward any future purchase, and we encourage you to redeem it before it expires. If you ever need assistance, our support team is always ready to help and guide you through the process.
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’ll do our best to make it right. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
If the item is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit instead.
Third-Party Orders
This policy applies solely to purchases made directly through www.ekamathra.co. Products purchased via third-party retailers or platforms are governed by their respective terms and are not eligible for return or exchange under our policy.
QC Requirements for Returns and Exchange
All items approved for return or exchange must be unused, with original tags, packaging, and accompanying materials intact.
Products that show signs of wear, damage, soiling, washing, or alteration, or for which a request is raised beyond 48 hours of delivery, will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer without exchange, credit, or refund.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be settled directly with the local customs office for the parcel to be released. We recommend verifying applicable duties and taxes with your local customs authority prior to placing your order to avoid unexpected charges.
