Order Processing

Once your order and payment are confirmed, we generally produce and dispatch within 7 business days. When shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. If you’ve ordered multiple items, we try to consolidate shipments to reduce environmental impact.
Delivery timelines vary between 5–10 business days, depending on the courier and destination. During high-volume periods, product availability and delivery times may vary. ekamāthra cannot be held responsible for courier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Placement

All domestic prices include applicable taxes as per Indian law. We accept payments via Netbanking, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, PayTM). Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is unavailable.

Order Updates & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified once processed. To purchase an additional item, please place a new order.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We regret that cancellations cannot be accepted after this period.
In rare instances where an order must be cancelled by us (due to stock unavailability or a technical error), all charges will be automatically refunded, and you’ll be notified promptly.

Delivery times depend on your location and courier operations, and tracking details will be shared once your order has been shipped.

Address Updates

Once your order has been processed, the shipping address cannot be modified.
